ChuckMathews.com -- About Me!

I'm currently working for UPS in Rockford. I'm an engineer working in management in the Plant Engineering department. As you can see from the site, though, I do a lot more than just that. One of my goals in life is to live to be 125 years old. Since I was 18 I've been working on improving my daily habits in order to obtain this goal. I've slowly improved my eating, sleeping, and exercise habits. Although I'm no superstar, I certainly have noticed a difference, especially when I take my vitamins.

In addition to trying to better my own health, I'm interested in helping others do the same. Please feel free to ask any questions that you have about vitamins and supplements. I will give you what information that I have, including my own experiences. I will be adding information about products every week or so. Make sure you check back to see what else I have added.

Hobbies of mine include autocrossing and motorcycling. Well... and coding, too. In the near future I will be spending lots of time with Rossana. She is a wonderful person and I'm very excited that she will be moving here soon.
